Albert Taroyan — president and Honorary Consul-General of the Philippines
Albert Taroyan owns AM-PG Group and has served as Consul General (ad honorem) of the Republic of the Philippines in the Republic of Armenia since 4 March 2004 — the day the consulate was established. The consular office and AM-PG's registered legal address are both at Charents 25, Yerevan; AM-PG's production runs from a separate site at Bagrevand 82. The Honorary Consulate is listed in the Yerevan municipal foreign-mission directory and on the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs' page for diplomatic representations.
AM-PG's role in the VERO Code joint invention
AM-PG's «Innovations» page states verbatim: «The VERO Code is the joint invention of two highly innovative individuals, Albert Taroyan and Alex Grigoryan, and two companies, AMPG Group and GAVR Group.» On the GAVR Group corporate site (gavrgroup.com), Alex Grigoryan is identified as Founder and CEO since 2014 and the same VERO Code attribution is used. The split of responsibilities between the two companies is consistent across both sites: AM-PG handles physical printing (codes, tax stamps, holographic VeroSeal labels); GAVR builds the optical / NFC scanner stack and the cloud platform that authenticates the marking. The Yerevan operation as a whole won the Tax Stamp Forum «Best New Innovation Award» in Dubai 2014, and the cloud platform won the same award category in Miami 2015. Foreign-registry searches under the «Ltd.» suffix have not yet produced an Armenian-registered entity for GAVR Group; AM-PG, by contrast, is fully Armenian-registered as «ԷՅԷՄՓԻՋԻ ԳՐՈՒՊ» ՍՊԸ (TIN 01531784).
