How fiscal.am uses this article
This is the article that, in practice, closes most cash channels in Armenia for any transaction with a business on at least one side. Two clauses do most of the work: paragraph 5 forces all B2B transactions (between IEs, notaries, lawyers, and organisations) into non-cash form, and paragraph 3 does the same for consulting / legal / accounting / IT-services payment acceptance. The 300,000 AMD threshold in paragraph 1 covers everything else with an individual on one side. The combined effect is that cash transactions large enough to trigger Article 380 in a B2B context are mostly already prohibited at the source by this law.
